Work With Me

Real change. Fewer sessions. No fluff.  Therapy and coaching for individuals and couples — in person in Jacksonville Beach and via Zoom throughout Florida.

Individual Counseling

For adults navigating life on their own terms.

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore what's holding you back — whether that's anxiety, depression, grief, relationship patterns, life transitions, or a quiet sense that something needs to change. Together, we'll work at your pace toward clarity, healing, and a more grounded sense of self.

  • Anxiety & stress management
  • Depression & mood concerns
  • Life transitions & identity
  • Grief & loss
  • Self-esteem & self-worth
  • Relationship patterns

Couples Counseling

For partners ready to do the work together.

Couples therapy creates a structured, neutral space where both partners feel heard. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust after a rupture, or simply feeling disconnected, I'll help you develop the tools to communicate more effectively and reconnect with the relationship you both want.

  • Communication & conflict resolution
  • Trust & rebuilding after betrayal
  • Emotional disconnection
  • Premarital counseling
  • Life transitions as a couple
  • Intimacy & closeness

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you're reading this, you're already asking the right question. Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, work through something difficult, or simply feel more at ease in their own life. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit.

What does a first session look like?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure — it's a conversation, not an evaluation.

How long does therapy typically take?

It depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some people find meaningful relief in 3 to 5 sessions; others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We'll check in regularly and adjust as needed.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently a private-pay practice. I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check your plan's out-of-network mental health benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Is what I share in therapy confidential?

Yes — everything shared in therapy is confidential, with a few narrow legal exceptions (such as imminent risk of harm to yourself or others). I'll review these limits with you in our first session.
